Hi, I'm Shemual, i think i was banned for using a map mod, it seems any mods are banable, i thought it was no server side mods, im guessing texture packs are allowed still, anyways, an admin could of just told me to uninstall it if they knew i had it and that it wasnt allowed, it certainly wasnt in the questionaree when i started server, ive been on this server for years...years....im not a newbie here,  ive removed it and i want back in,,,i love this server..like isaid..years...im apart of this family...dont cast me out..like im some rookie thats been here 4 days, i am asking for forgiveness and leanience as a SV veteran :) plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz i luv u guys

how will i enjoy life without the constant impending doom of demon one day finding my base...i beg of you oh great ones...forgive my foolishness and allow me back on the server...SV is the best..THE BEST server..period

Hello Shemual. I am NOT the mod who banned you, and my say is not to be taken as the final say on the matter. 
 

Do you know how many players have used mods or exploits over the years and then asked for lenience? It isn't just newbies by any means, but veteran players who got tired of having to do things the right way. In your car, it's even more disappointing vecause you HAVE been on the server for years and should know the rules better than a new player would. 
 

In any case, you did know how strict our server is. And you also knew that if you aren't sure of a rule you can ask a staff member for clarification. As it stands, we offer our "leniency" by allowing players to return on alt accounts. That is their second chance. IMO, this account should remain banned.

I usualy dont bother to respond to ban appeals. but ill do so this once. Shemual. you lied in your appeal.  you claim to not have known your mod was a bannable offence. however your actions prove otherwise. you posted your own coords atached to the minimap into img spam and quickly removed them. you then claimed they where from a different server. but obviously. that was wrong.  it was sv.   you did know you shouldnt be using the mod. otherwise you wouldnt quickly removed the pics and lied about another server.  Appeal Denied.

I appreciate you taking the time to appeal. Your offince falls in our permaban category. This being the case we cannot lift your ban. You can however come and play on our server using a different account as we ban accounts, not players. Hope to see you on in the future to play honestly.
