I did a ban appeal but didn't see the formant so im redoing it

I have been banned for the reason of hacking and i am not sure why someone though i was hacking as i have not and will not hack as for me it ruins the game, the template says to state how i will improve my behaviour but i am not sure how as i don't see that i have done anything wrong other than occasionlly using inapriotate launge in chat which i have been trying hard to imrpove.

I was not I had been minding and had all my diamonds I had saved on me at the time and fortune three doubles sometimes triples what you mine

It says when i log in that i am banned and the reason given is "Hacking isn't allowed here"
