I was just reciently banned for saying a word I shouldn't have in general chat.  The only people on the server was myself and a friend who I know well in real life.  It was not my intent to offend anyone and had i known that others would have seen what I said, I would not have said it.  This was a playful joke with my buddy that I should not have done, however it was my understanding that I was just talking to him.  Now that I know others could see messages I send even if its just myself on the server.  And because of this knowledge, I will not let it happen again and improve on who I am.  I did not mean to cause trouble or offend anyone in any way.  I am sorry for those I may have offended.

+1 for Appealment. I don't think bearley should be banned, he may have said something wrong, but through playing with him I have seen that he is someone that puts in work on the server and has high potential to be a player on this server for a long while. I have seen him help others on the server in a fairly significant way and I would think it's fair to give him another chance.

Not entierly my place to say, but Bearley seems like a good sort.I wasnt on the server and dont know the circumstances, but I can say they are great to have on board generally: Bearley helps new players, seem to know what they are doing in the game, and contribute to the server a fair bit. I agree with (other) Sae and all things being equal like to second the call for another chance.

Me and bearley started on the same day, and right away we kicked things off good. We created a base together and even invited other players. We have created a community. Bearley believed his words were being said to once specific person and for that i feel he shouldnt be punished for cursing. Its like if you tuned into someones discord chat without them knowing and banned them for a conversation of which was private. Bearley is a good person and even when his recent suggestions got declined he respectfully accepted that his ideas were rejected and thanked staff for at least hearing him out. Please let him return to the server, he is an important part of our community and I wouldn't want to continue without him.

For what it's worth, I'll throw in my +1 because I've been playing with Bearley for a while and he seems like a good guy. In this case, he didn't mean to offend anyone so another chance couldn't hurt.

This appeal has been talked over amongst the staff team. Its been agreed that the ban will be lifted on the 30th of November. Thankyou.
