Tigersnwings, I was banned for griefing spawn, when I did not contribute to the lava cast that flooded into spawn. There is a picture framing me in the act when I really was there for PVP because people gathered to it. I already served a 3-day ban and learned the rules and my lesson for doing so. While the lava cast was being built I was building my creeper farm at my base so I was not there to participate in the griefing. 

Looking into more information before I make an official ruling.

Cardboard even said I didn't partake in the lava cast, Unstoppable gaming has a screenshot of me standing with combat gear on and in my hands, I was there to fight people for their loot. Ask for the other side of the story.

Sorry it took a while to get back to you.

I've been informed by my staff and a few members of the community that while you did not partake in the actual casting, you did in fact defend the player doing so. As such, I will decide that while you might not have participated in the actual griefing part, you did help a player bypass spawn protection and grief it.

As such, this appeal is Denied.

We do not permit any kind of griefing of spawn in any way, shape, or form. Helping / assisting also falls under this category.
